Connecting to DCU-Guest-Wifi

DCU-Guest-Wifi is an alternative to Eduroam while on campus but is only intended for those who do not have DCU email addresses.

Please note, this network is less secure. If you're a DCU student or staff member, you should use Eduroam instead. Eduroam is our secure and encrypted network. Please see the article tagged below to connect to Eduroam if you have DCU credentials;

How to connect to Eduroam

Here are the instructions on how to connect to DCU-Guest-Wifi

Go to settings on your Phone, Tablet or Laptop

Navigate to your Network or Wifi settings from there

Once there, you will see all the available networks which you can connect to

Select DCU-Guest-Wifi and press connect

A splash page will then pop up on your device and look like this;

In order to connect you will have to accept the terms of use which you can look at when connecting and then click Log In

You will then see a page that says authenticating it make take about 10 seconds, once that finishes you should be brough to the DCU home page and you will be connected.
