Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) provides a range of support options for the Dublin City University (DCU) community. To ensure a prompt resolution, please provide as much detail as possible when contacting our support team.

Online Support Requests

The most efficient way to receive assistance is to submit a digital request. This allows our team to categorise and route your query to the correct technical specialist.

Current Staff and Students

If you have an active Dublin City University (DCU) account, please sign in to access the full range of support services.

External Users and MFA Issues

If you are an external user, or a student/staff member who cannot sign in due to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or password issues, please use the alternative form.

Ask the DCU Help AI Assistant

The DCU Help AI Assistant is available on both the main Help Centre and the Guest Help Centre. This tool can:

• Answer frequent queries instantly.

• Direct you to relevant self-service tools and knowledge base articles.

• Advise you on how to submit a formal support request if the issue requires manual intervention. 

In-Person Support

If you prefer to speak or visit with us in person, you can view our locations and opening hours. 

      Note:  DTS does not provide support via telephone; all requests must be logged through the links above.

Audio Visual (AV) Support

For urgent issues involving Audio Visual equipment in Dublin City University (DCU) lecture rooms or labs, a dedicated emergency line is available Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.

Note: This line is strictly reserved for AV support. General IT or account queries will not be handled via this number.
